CHOOSING AN INSTRUCTOR

Choosing an instructor - is it to be the same all the time?

Choosing the right trainer

In Poland Park we have a team of over a dozen trainers who share commitment and love for horses.

Of course, equestrian trainers have the most experience, but they conduct basically only group classes. You can arrange an individual lesson with them (*), but it will be relatively expensive.

Intermediate riders who ride at the level of the bronze PZJ badge are encouraged to take classes with sports instructors, and beginners are invited to classes with instructors of initial training.

In addition to differences in experience and qualifications, our trainers differ like all people in their approach – some are more task-oriented and some are more focused on the participant. In the conditions of individual training, these differences are blurred.

You often ask the question, can I ride constantly with the same trainer? The answer to this relatively simple, but the question is complex – it depends on many factors.

In the initial teaching (individual lessons on the lons) we do not guarantee you a permanent trainer, but we try to make it 1-2 instructors assigned to a given person. After purchasing a package of test drives, we offer you classes with various trainers indicated by us, so that you can decide for yourself who you work with best.

Regardless of the differences, all Poland Park instructors are subject to the same >> criteriafor assessing<<.

For riders at the intermediate level, we offer the choice of one trainer as part of individual training (*). You make this choice yourself after getting acquainted with our staff. In addition, a paid option is to choose a horse as part of the offer "Your horse in Poland Park"

Regardless of the differences in the level of advancement and plans related to equestrianism, the training in Poland Park is conducted as part of individually agreed Development Plans, which are very advisable for children, because equestrian is not a matter of acquiring the ability to move from point A to B, but of shaping attitudes conducive to general development.

The whole process is supervised by our Partner and Development Supervisor, whose aim is to ensure the implementation of the objectives agreed with the Participant (in the case of minors, these goals are agreed together with the Parents).

At Poland Park, we assume that it is good to ride with constantly assigned instructors (it does not have to be one) but it is worth taking advantage of consultations and the opportunity to ride with others, especially the most experienced ones. Some of our club members choose individual training with an instructor and group training with a PZJ trainer.

(*) Individual trainings in Poland Park include 1-2 people at the same skill level. Members of Poland Park have the opportunity to order individual, free consultations based on a video recording of the training.
