Wacław Pruchniewicz

Mr Pruchniewicz is the master class instructor with huge, international experience. He is also a famous author of books, course books and training programmes used by the Polish Equestrian Association.

Bernard Cześnik

Bernard is an experienced trainer with many year practice. Thanks to his exceptional pedagogical approach he is a great instructor of horse riding skills for children. During his professional life he worked at many stables and riding horses clubs all over the world, in particular:

He has been active in horse riding since his early childhood, inspired by the Olympic gold medal won by Jan Kowalczyk. After a year of training he had his first competition debut. His entire life was devoted and ruled by his passion for horses. He completed animal production studies at Warsaw University of Life Sciences (SGGW). Since 1994 he is a holder of PZJ Sports Instructor qualifications. Among his biggest tutor achievements one can name bronze award gained by Paweł Warszawski at the Polish Junior Jumpers Championship. He mastered his training experience during training sessions and work performed in Poland and abroad (to mention such names as Andrzej Orłoś, Piotr Piasecki, gen. Michał Gutowski, Bruce Davidson, Nelson Pessoa).

In 2000 he came thirteen at the ranking list during the three–day event competition in Poland (WKKW). Up to 2007 he was active participant in jump classes and three-day event session, next he shifted to the training activities which became the second horse-related passion.

In his training priorities he values correct rider’s posture, independent horse backing and horse understanding.

Horses have been his passion since childhood (which later evolved into studying veterinary medicine).

In Poland, for a few years, he took part in competitions in jumping over obstacles, and later worked in Great Britain, preparing horses for riding. Since 2004 he is the instructor of horse riding.

While teaching, he concentrates on the balance of the rider and his or her harmonious cooperation with the horse.

Joanna Rutkowska-Grzeszczuk

In contact with horses since birthday, as her grandfather was employed at the horse racecourse in Służewiec. She commenced her intensive horse riding training in 1983, under the supervision of Halina Gronowska (dressage instructor) at the Wiarus Horse Recreation Centre. She took part in amateur dressage and jumping competitions, and participated in horse stunt shows. In 1986, together with Halina Gronowska began attending the Delfin horse riding club (cooperating, among others, with Wanda Wąsowska and Dorota Modlińska). In 1988 she moved on to the jumping section – CWKS Legia Warszawa, where Joanna was taught initially by Wiktor Durkot, and later by the Olympic champion, Jan Kowalczyk.

During her studies, Ms Grzeszczuk pursued her training passion which lasts until the present day. Her primary interests include the human and horse psychology issues, as well as the influence of horses on dysfunctional children.

Sailing tutors

Andrzej Nowicki

Captain Andrzej Nowicki resides in Olsztyn. He is a licensed Yachtmaster, W.O.P.R. Lifeguard, PZŻ Referee. He also possesses the SRC and Voditelj Brodice (Croatian licence) licences. Mr Nowicki has sailed over 30 thousand nautical miles, taking part in numerous voyages on the Greater Masurian Lake District, the Adriatic, the Mediterranean Sea, the Atlantic. From 1962 till 1976 took part in regattas, sailing, at that time, in various classes: Cadet, Ok. Dinghy, Finn, 470. Among his numerous achievements, the most important is the winning of the World Champion title in Cadet class in 1966, in Plymouth – for the first time for Poland. The years 1976-1996 were spent by Mr Nowicki on tourist sailing (1979-1994 stay in Germany). In 1997, he returned to regattas (coming second in 1999, during the Polish Championships of Cabin Yachts, class 730, and winning the III-rd place, in the year 2000, in the Polish Championships of Cabin Yachts). Since 2001 he sails professionally. In the summer season, Mr Nowicki commands voyages on the Greater Masurian Lake District, and in the spring and autumn organizes and commands sea voyages – Croatia, Spain, the Canary Islands, Greece.
